It’s November 8th, 2023 and the election is over. As predicted (by me) the big issue was a woman’s right to choose. Now I’ll go back to ignoring CNN, MSNBC & Fox (which I never watch anyway). I’m planning on having an exceptionally good day today. I will control my thoughts, be kind and have a positive attitude. Being happy is easy if you know how. Today is Cook Something Bold & Pungent Day, Dunce Day, International Pathology Day, International Tongue Twister Day, National Cappuccino Day, National Harvey Wallbanger Day, and National Walk To Work Day. Tone requested to be shot instead of hanged so he could die a soldier’s death. On this day in 1932 FDR was elected defeating Republican incumbent Herbert Hoover. On this day in 1944 25,000 Hungarian Jews are loaned to Nazis for forced labor. On this day in 2014 Mikhail Gorbachev warned that tensions between America and Russia over Ukraine will put the world into a new Cold War.
