In 1878 Vaseline is granted a patent. Finally, on this day in 1932 “We Want Beer!” parade is held in New York City. Prohibition ended in 1933. Today is the day in 1944 that George Lucas (Star Wars) was born. George said, “You simply have to put one foot in front of the other and keep going. Put blinders on and plow right ahead.” This is the day in 2015 that B.B. King stopped living at the age of 89. He said, “I’m trying to get people to see that we are our brother’s keeper.
